6. Account Deletion Requirements

Eligibility for Account Deletion

  2. Verification:
    You will be required to verify your identity using:
    • Registered email or phone number.
    • Security questions or OTP validation.
  3. Data Review and Clearance:
    • A 30-day review period will ensure no ongoing services or obligations are linked to the account.
  4. Final Deletion:
    Once verified and cleared, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Exceptions

  • Certain health records may be retained as required by law or regulatory authorities.
  • Anonymous usage data for analytical purposes may be retained.
