- “Medical Professional”: Licensed healthcare providers (e.g., doctors, nurses, therapists) offering telemedicine services through the platform.
- “Patient”: An individual seeking healthcare services, advice, or support via the Health360 platform.
- “Medical Institution”: Hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, or similar entities that utilize Health360 to provide or manage healthcare services.

These policies apply to all users of the Health360 platform. Users are required to comply with the terms outlined herein, as well as any additional guidelines provided through the platform, during their use of the service.
4. General Usage Policies (For All Users)
- Account Registration:
Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Medical professionals and institutions are required to verify their credentials and licenses. - Compliance:
All users must comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and Health360’s privacy policy. - Security:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring secure access to their accounts. - Intellectual Property:

5. Specific Policies for Medical Professionals
- Professional Conduct:

Medical professionals are required to maintain the confidentiality of patient data and adhere to the Health360 NDA and all relevant privacy laws. - Scope of Practice:
Provide services strictly within the bounds of your professional licenses and competencies. - Content Sharing:
When posting educational content or participating in forum discussions, ensure that all information is evidence-based, non-misleading, and compliant with industry regulations.
6. Specific Policies for Patients
- Accurate Information:
Patients must provide true and accurate information during registration and when using the platform to receive medical services. - Use of Services:
Patients should use the platform to seek medical advice and manage their health and not for any unauthorized or non-medical purposes. - Health360 platform should not be use for health emergency treatment issues. In cases of incidence of urgent health need or critical health scenario patient should visit the nearest hospital facility.
- Health360 emergency logistics service is designed to transport patient to the nearest hospital facility as it’s needed but not a total guaranty for effective timeliness in case of health emergency needs. We strictly encourage patient take the timely option as need be on emergency health issues.
- Privacy and Consent:
Patients have the right to access and control their personal health data. Consent for data processing will be managed according to our privacy policy. - Feedback:
Patients are encouraged to provide constructive feedback regarding their consultations and overall experience to help improve service quality.
7. Specific Policies for Medical Institutions
- Credential Verification:
Institutions must ensure that all medical professionals using the platform are properly licensed and adhere to regulatory standards. - Data Management:
Institutions are responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring secure handling of patient data. - Compliance with Regulations:
All institutions must comply with local, regional, and national healthcare regulations and guidelines. - Partnership Obligations:
Institutions should facilitate a smooth integration with Health360 and collaborate with our support team to resolve any operational issues.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized Access:
Any attempt to access restricted areas of the platform without proper authorization is strictly prohibited. - Data Misuse:
Using, sharing, or selling confidential data (patient, professional, or institutional) without consent is not permitted. - Unethical Conduct:
Any form of fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior that jeopardizes patient care or the platform’s integrity is prohibited. - Inappropriate Content:
Posting or distributing content that is discriminatory, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights is strictly forbidden.
9. Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions
- Monitoring:
Health360 reserves the right to monitor usage and content on the platform to ensure compliance with these policies. - Violations:
Any user found violating these policies may face account suspension, termination, or legal action as deemed appropriate. - Reporting:
